We are mixed billing practice

Our independent doctors primarily operate on a private billing basis, with fees payable at the time of consultation via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card (excluding American Express). Medicare rebates can be processed electronically for direct deposit. If you have financial concerns, please discuss them with your doctor or our practice manager we’re here to help. Yes, it is a Medicare requirement that you present your Medicare card at the time of each consultation.

Yes, after-hours rates apply before 8 AM on weekdays.

No, there is no Medicare rebate for pre-employment or insurance medical examinations.

Workers’ compensation consultations are billed at WorkCover-approved rates. Patients are required to pay at the time of consultation and can claim the full fee back from WorkCover.

DVA patients are billed directly to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Patients must present their DVA cards at each visit.

Yes, aged pensioners and healthcare card holders may be offered a discounted fee. Patients must present their valid cards at each visit.

Acupuncture and laser consultations are privately billed and not covered by Medicare.
