Dr Rafia Tahir is an experienced medical practitioner holding General Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and completed her AMC certification in Australia in 2025. She has a strong background in internal medicine, emergency medicine, cardiology, intensive care, trauma surgery, and obstetrics while working across network hospitals including Newcastle, Belmont, Maitland and Taree.She has worked and trained at John Hunter Hospital in Acute Medicine and has gained extensive experience in managing acute and chronic medical conditions, critically ill patients, trauma cases, and multidisciplinary patient care.She completed her MBBS from University of Health Sciences in Pakistan and has worked across Middle East, and finally pursuing her medical career in Australia.
